⚡ Flashback Friday ⚡ Ahead of ANZAC Day on Sunday, the Wodonga Historical Society Inc has shared this photo with us. The airforce sergeant on the right is Jack Larkin and the sailor with his back to us is John Neil. The solider on top of the memorial is now located at Wodonga RSL Club. The first ANZAC Day in Wodonga was celebrated at the Wodonga State School and also at the Wodonga West State School on April 20, 1916. The first ANZAC Day at the soldier memorial in Woodland Grove was held on Sunday, April 26 1925. Lest we forget. .
