Teen bike rider slapped women’s bottoms while riding in park | The Border Mail

A teenage bottom smacker has been placed on a diversion after appearing in court. The Wangaratta boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was caught by police officers after riding through a park. A children’s court heard he had grabbed or smacked girls and women aged 15, 18, 22, 49, 53 and 59, “all to the backside”. He said he “didn’t know why he did it, his brain told him to do it”. The high school student was arrested and initially denied what he had done when questioned by officers. IN OTHER NEWS: The court heard he had undergone counselling since being arrested and charged.
